HOW THE JASPAR COMPANY WAS ESTABLISHED

We have been operating in the financial field since 1996. We began with economic and accounting consultation. Gradually, our team expanded as did our scope of offered services and, therefore, we decided to found a company in 2012, Jaspar s. r. o. However, our goal remains the same as always - to optimize your expenses while providing your satisfaction, at least when it comes to accounting.

ACCOUNTING, BOOK KEEPING

We will manage swift and correct accounting of all documents. We will remind you of tax deadlines. We will detail a timely (or even emergency) statement of accounts. We will process all types of tax documents (VAT, road tax, income tax for both natural persons and legal entities, etc.). We will help you complete (monthly, quarterly, yearly) statements for the Statistical Office or do them for you. We will prepare background documents for a bank loan request, financial leasing, and assignment of receivables. There is also the possibility of regular result reports. and we will consult you on everything, at any time.

TAX RECORDS

We will prepare correct summaries of income and expenses, as well as lists of property and liabilities. We will calculate your taxes. We will remind you about the timely fulfillment of duties in the "tax calendar". We will present a statement of receivables before or after due dates.

PAYROLLS AND HUMAN RESOURCES

We will provide all the administration concerning your employees. We will process payrolls and monthly statements for the Czech Social Security Administration and insurance companies, registration forms for retirement, and we will also deliver them to the authorities. We will take care of employee registration procedures. We will perform annual tax accounting. We will issue certificates on taxable income, certificates for other authorities, credit sheets. We also offer consulting concerning human resources and payrolls. We will design employment contracts in accordance with the law.

TAX CONSULTING

We offer both continuous and single tax consultations. We will advise you on how to process not only tax returns, but also summary reports. We will ensure that your tax return deadline gets postponed by means of discretionary powers. We will represent you in the tax procedure, including submission of solutions. When you choose to use our services, we will optimize your tax duties.
